The login screen is your starting page. If you have a record, the submissions you’re working on and the permissions you’ve been given will load up. If it’s your first visit, you’ll ‘create new account.’ All users create a profile before they begin. This allows submissions and communications to be married to the user to follow them throughout their visit and on subsequent visits. The landing page your users first see can be customized with any message or image you like with HTML coding. Here’s a sample of a landing page developed by one of our clients that shows just how flexible your design can be. From the admin portal you create all your forms, develop your communications, and assign your reviews. The form has numerous question types. You’ll drag and drop your questions in to build your form — multiple choice, rating, uploads, and more. You can have as many or as few questions as you need.
